Comments: Hi. This is Tijuana Singleton. Dr. Kaplin was the best doctor and surgeon. She made me feel that my care was definitely special to her. However I will recommend her to everyone, the pope, the president and whomever because her bed side manner was awesome. I never was afraid, surgery day or any day. She made me feel so comfortable and that she had me and she did. Love her dearly.
